About the role:-

As a Lead / Sr.Graphic Designer, you will -

• Create visually relevant and appealing designs for users who can be both, customers and/or operations personnel
• Work collaboratively with teams (Product, Customer Delight, Business, Marketing, ) to understand their needs and work on designs accordingly
• Communicate complex concepts in the customer app and website
• Invest in understanding the user, gain insights, and tailor-make the design communication accordingly
• Help build the brand guidelines and use them across all functions including marketing campaigns and offline communication channels
• Help design the brand communication across social media, youtube, performance ads, blogs, etc.

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has-

• A degree in design from any reputed university in India or International
• Compulsive problem solving with excellent visualization, collaboration, and communication skills
• Ability to understand user-centered design processes and implement them on a day-to-day basis
• Experience in working with mobile apps for the Indian audience.
• Great communication skills - ability to present design, communicate concepts and explain design choices.
