About the role

One of India's most promising organisations is looking to hire a designer for their in-house creative team. In agency speak, we're looking for an Art Director

We're on the hunt for someone with a stunning portfolio of work, a modern, refined aesthetic, and an understanding of brand strategy. More importantly, we're looking for someone who's excited by the opportunity of shaping a young brand and being a part of its growth journey.

On a typical day, you will:

• Understand the marketing/business problems presented to you, and find creative and strategic ways of solving them.

• Churn out ideas and creatives for many communication pieces including, but not limited to emailers, in app banners and other digital and ATL assets.

• Mentor and provide direction to external design teams/design agencies, and offer design and strategic guidance.

• Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to, and everything that goes out is always on brand. • Have a role in defining the brand voice of one of the most enviable brands today.

Desired Skills:

• 4 - 6 years of experience as an art director/designer in an agency set-up or with a brand.

• A portfolio of work that showcases your ability to think, execute creatives across media and a strategic outlook towards problem solving.

• The ability to collaborate and coordinate with other teams and stakeholders.

• The right mix of right-brain and left-brain thinking.

• The ability to design fresh creatives from ground up and be hands on while adapting creatives in various sizes as and when require
