Founded in 1998 and has grown to become one of the largest merchant commerce platforms in Asia, serving over 150,000 merchants in more than 3,700 cities across the region. They offer a wide range of solutions to merchants, including point-of-sale (POS) devices, payment gateway services, and digital payment solutions. They have also developed a range of value-added services for merchants, such as analytics, loyalty programs, and financing options. In addition to its core merchant platform, they have also made strategic acquisitions in recent years to expand its offerings.
About the role:
As the Creative Head, you will be responsible for crafting tone-of-voice across our key brand verticals and building each brand’s equity by driving buzz, advocacy, and engagement through owned and paid digital channels. You have an opportunity to build massive digital-first fintech brands that disrupt the current landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the in-house ‘creative studio.’
- Lead social media marketing.
- Lead content marketing
- Own the development and implementation of a content marketing plan that aligns with and drives brand and business goals for all the verticals
- Provide thought leadership in driving advocacy and engagement for brand and content across all social channels by making its sub-brands conversation-worthy week on week among retailers and end consumers.
- Lead the development and direct the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, static, and other content forms that best utilize the technology available on any given social media/digital platform.
- Work with the larger marketing, business, and leadership teams to drive innovation and make the brand synonymous with disruptive and memorable social media campaigns.
- Own the end-to-end measurement for content marketing and social and keep optimizing our content and media strategy basis our learnings.
Good to have:
- The ideal person should have a proven track record of leading creative teams, building marquee
consumer brands on social media, and a good blend of strategic thinking, creative story-telling, and team leadership.
- Master’s in mass communication or marketing.
- 10+ years of experience in creative functions across advertising, social media, and content
- creation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social content creation, and social community management.
- Hands-on experience developing insights from social listening. Detailed understanding of social analytics across channels.
- Ability to synthesize data from many sources into actionable insights.
- Highly informed and insightful perspectives on social platforms. Ability to adapt brand expression and campaign strategy to relevant social channel experiences and strategy.
- Strong knowledge of digital media, current local trends in media consumption and marketing opportunities.
- Seasoned in creating content independently and in guiding in-house creative teams and agency partners.
