Job Description:

• Execute daily merchandising goals in line with daily plans across BAU or Sale period
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Growth Marketing, Brand team, SiteOps, Creative Agency to ensure successful execution of merchandise plans
• Accountable for ensuring the quality and accuracy of online merchandising, product placement and navigation strategies on real time basis
• Manage relationships to negotiate optimal terms, resolve issues, and ensure timely execution of plans
• Continually identify inefficiencies in workflow and provide optimal resolutions
• Maintaining a mobile-first mentality while balancing the needs of the desktop experience
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company is at the forefront of innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, merchandising, or any related field
• 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising or a similar role
• Hands-on experience of an e-Commerce platform is a plus
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and lead complex projects
