Job Description :
The conglomerate is building a digital led AMC with a focus on engagement through communication, while building a strong brand presence & scaling up in a focused and differentiated way, leveraging synergies with the business group. The marcom lead role is critical as the right messaging with a creative and differentiated approach has a significant impact on driving the business, and building a long term brand.
- Help define the positioning, imagery and tonality of the brand.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies and campaigns across channels to drive engagement with distributors, customers, employees etc.
- Support the sales and product team in organizing on ground events, video calls, panel discussions as required to engage with channel partners, and create brand visibility / impact.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal graphic designers to conceptualize, design, and produce compelling marketing materials, including digital banners, print collateral, social media graphics, videos etc.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, consumer insights, and industry trends, translating them into effective campaign strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather input and incorporate key messages into marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall brand messaging.
- Stay informed with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks in marketing communications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker and solution oriented / problem solving mindset.
- Ability to translate business objectives into creative marketing communication strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of branding principles.
- Experience and understanding of investment products
