About the role:
This Marketing Executive role is for you if you are driven by building a solid brand, generating new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth overall marketing process. You should be able to support the marketing team's goals and thrive in a quick sales cycle environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads from email databases, professional databases, and sales CRM
- Liaise with vendors and collaborate with them on content, marketing assignments, and demand generation execution
- Perform competitive analysis on ICP (Idea Customer Profile) accounts and work on social selling strategies.
- Review and understand Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for benchmarking targeted personas across channels
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email and PPC campaigns
- Research, list, and evaluate demand generation channels that we can leverage
- Interact with senior professionals internally on calls/emails and educate them about Opus and our offerings
o Provide regular pipeline forecasts to the marketing team, management, and sales leadership as required - Understand the strategic direction set by the marketing team and senior management
- Maintain data and reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Research, list, and identify pain points, requirements, and areas of interest of our key clients
- Analyze key trends of the sales region/territory and improve on follow-up and lead nurturing processes
Desirable skills:
- Experience working with demand generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, Apollo.io and Lusha
- Basic content writing and design skills
- Knowledge of social media channels and content marketing tools
Skillset and Experience Requirement:
- Highly Desirable: Experience (Calls and Emails) in working with customers from the North American region
- Track record of achieving monthly/quarterly KPI goals
- Excellent verbal [neutral accent] and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Advanced understanding of Excel, Reporting Tools
- Qualifications (Desirable but not mandatory –>> experience, skillset and attitude prevail over qualification)
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on marketing or business administration
- 2-3+ years working on horizontal marketing functions
- Experience working in B2B IT/Software product and/or services company (Fintech, Payments Technology company experience desirable)
- Marketing Tools: HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce Pardot, Adobe Engage
