Job Description:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and translate them into creative strategies and solutions.
• Develop innovative concepts and ideas that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Create compelling visual designs and ensure consistency across all creative outputs.
• Write and edit copy that engages target audiences and enhances brand messaging.
• Manage content creation and ensure it aligns with overall creative strategy.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform creative decisions.
• Present and pitch creative concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Work closely with design, marketing, and production teams to ensure cohesive execution of creative projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve creative processes and outputs.
• Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 -3 years of experience in a creative consulting role or similar position.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects, including design and copywriting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in creative tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
