Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Head to lead our growth initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a sharp analytical mindset, capable of driving high-ROI campaigns and managing a high performance team. Job Description/Responsibilities
∙ Strategic Leadership – Develop, implement, and optimize full-funnel performance marketing strategies across digital platforms.
∙ Campaign Optimization – Continuously refine paid media strategies (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI and user acquisition.
∙ Data & Analytics – Leverage analytics tools to track KPIs, generate insights, and optimize for CAC, LTV, and retention.
∙ Budget Efficiency – Manage and allocate budgets effectively to drive maximum conversions at optimal cost.
∙ Audience Targeting – Identify and segment high-intent audiences using advanced data modeling and behavioral analysis.
∙ A/B Testing & Experimentation – Run iterative A/B tests to improve campaign efficiency, ad creatives, and landing pages.
∙ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Work closely with product, content, and design teams to enhance the user journey and maximize conversions.
∙ Team Management – Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, ensuring a high standard of execution and innovation.
Qualifications
∙ 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of high ROI campaigns.
∙ Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic buying, and other paid channels. Strong understanding of data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).
∙ Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and automation, deep knowledge of attribution models, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics. Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on results. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders and cross functional teams.
