Title - Head - Marketing and Communication
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Communications and Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies that elevate brand visibility, drive engagement, generate leads, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a strong grasp of both digital and traditional marketing, outstanding communication skills, and a proven ability to align messaging with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a comprehensive 360-degree marketing and communications strategy in line with business goals.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Conduct thorough market and audience research to uncover trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email marketing, public relations, and offline channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and key marketing metrics to optimize strategies and ensure strong ROI.
- Manage the marketing and communications budget effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and credibility.
- Serve as the brand's voice and ensure alignment of tone and messaging across all platforms.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing and communications.
Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills
• Bachelor's/master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related
field.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and brand
positioning.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Experience in analyzing marketing metrics and using tools like Google Analytics,
HubSpot, etc.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to think creatively and solve marketing challenges proactively.
