Role Overview
We are seeking a smart, data-driven, and adaptable Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience, specifically in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads. This role is ideal for someone looking to rapidly grow their skills in digital marketing while
contributing directly to user acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Execute and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns to drive
conversions, leads, and traffic.
2. Collaborate closely with content and design teams to conceptualize creatives that
perform well across different audience segments.
3. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards.
4. Conduct A/B tests for creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages.
5. Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
6. Assist in audience segmentation, retargeting strategy, and funnel optimization.
7. Identify trends and insights, and apply data-driven decision-making to improve ROI.
Requirements
-1–2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
-Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA,
etc.)
-Comfortable with numbers, analytics tools, and making data-led decisions.
-Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to changing campaign needs or growth
targets.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have
1. Exposure to lead generation in the ed-tech or B2C D2C space.
2. Professionals who have undergone trainings at renowned institutions like Harris & Co, Dot Academy, or other similar finishing schools.
3. Basic knowledge of creative testing and consumer psychology.
