About the role:

We are looking for a Creative Head at Urban Ladder. You will join and lead our team of in-house graphic designers and copywriters, and help us tell compelling stories about our brand and products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall creative vision and strategy for the brand, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
• Lead advertising at UL - working directly with business, marketing, brand and category teams on business problems and marketing initiatives.
• Lead creative ideation and execution across all Urban Ladder online and offline consumer touchpoints - including, website, app and retail stores. In addition, you will lead creative efforts across all Urban Ladder marketing channels - including OTT, Print, Billboards, Digital Ads, Social media, Newsletters etc.
• Work closely with the visual merchandising team to create lifestyle-worthy product and merchandise images - working closely with the Category team to cater to all forms of product representation on our online catalogs.
• Lead the social media team to improve content, reach and engagement for Urban Ladder platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• A good understanding of UI UX to help contribute to the front-end design on our Web and App presence.

Desired Skills and Functional Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum 5 yrs experience working in art with reputed ad agencies
• Team management experience
• Ability to oversee and give feedback to copywriters
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing and AI tools
• Knowledge of Sketch app, Adobe XD, motion graphics is a definite plus
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
