Role Overview:
The Assistant Brand Manager will support category growth and market development initiatives across India. This role works closely with the Brand Manager to drive campaigns, develop creative assets, support retail expansion, and manage on-ground brand execution. It’s a blend of creative oversight, strong coordination, and hands-on retail marketing.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A detail-driven marketer who excels at getting things done. You thrive in fast-paced execution, enjoy collaborating with creative teams, understand retail environments, and bring a strong sense of brand consistency. You’re comfortable working across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets and can independently manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Execute local marketing plans for new store launches and partner recruitment drives across regions.
Coordinate with creative teams to develop offline marketing collaterals — brochures, standees, banners, and in-store branding.
Support the Brand Manager on FOFO/FOCO initiatives, ensuring brand and messaging consistency across markets.
Partner with the retail team to manage pan-India retail marketing requirements.
Assist in planning and executing category campaigns, including offer communication, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
Manage dealer/partner communication, onboarding requirements, and creative needs from regional teams.
Track and ensure high-quality execution across Experience Centres, including events, activations, and local brand initiatives.
Mandatory Skills:
2–4 years of experience in brand coordination, retail marketing, or marketing execution.
Strong design sensibility and understanding of brand identity.
Experience managing vendors, timelines, and regional stakeholders.
Excellent communication, organisational, and coordination skills.
A hands-on, proactive approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.
