About the role:
We’re looking for a sharp and driven E-commerce Manager to build and scale our brand's presence across leading marketplaces. This role combines business acumen, operational excellence, and marketing instinct — ideal for someone who can think strategically while executing across multiple fronts.
You’ll own the full marketplace funnel — from onboarding partners and optimizing listings to driving visibility, performance, marketing and profitability. If you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoy turning data and insights into growth, this role is for you.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Revenue Growth: Own the marketplace revenue and targets across platforms. Drive sales, visibility, and market share.
● Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and manage key marketplace partners and relationships to ensure alignment on targets and growth plans.
● Performance Marketing: Work closely with a team to structure and enhance campaigns to improve metrics and business.
● Inventory & Supply Chain: Work closely with internal teams to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and ensure smooth operations across platforms.
● Catalog & Listing Optimization: Oversee product listings, content accuracy, and brand representation to enhance discoverability and conversion.
● Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with platform teams and internal marketing to plan campaigns, promotions, and merchandising initiatives that maximize performance.
● Data & Insights: Track key metrics (traffic, conversion, sales, ROI) and translate insights into actionable plans for improvement.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, pricing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on assortment, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
● P&L Ownership: Manage budgets and ensure profitability across marketplace channels.
Desired Skills and Functional Experience:
● 6–9 years of experience in e-commerce management for consumer or lifestyle brands.
● Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics, marketing, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
● Proven track record of scaling marketplace revenue and improving visibility metrics.
● Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and Excel proficiency.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
● Prior experience in D2C, furniture, or lifestyle categories preferred.
● Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
