About the roles
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Brand Manager who can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and bridge the worlds of brand and digital. This role calls for someone who understands digital inside out — but wants to go beyond performance metrics to build a brand that truly connects with people.
You’ll lead integrated marketing campaigns, manage our digital ecosystem in partnership with agencies, and bring fresh, creative thinking to how our brand shows up across channels. If you love experimenting, storytelling, and shaping how a brand is perceived in a digital-first world, this role is for you.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Brand Strategy: Build and execute brand strategies that strengthen brand’s identity and drive business impact.
● Campaign Leadership: Lead integrated campaigns — from creative brief to execution and performance analysis — ensuring each initiative reflects our brand voice and values.
Digital Marketing: Partner with digital agencies to plan and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms; explore new channels to expand reach and engagement.
● Performance & Content Synergy: Balance performance goals with brand storytelling to deliver campaigns that build equity and deliver results.
● Consumer Insights: Monitor market trends, category shifts, and audience behavior to shape brand direction and messaging.
● Go-to-Market Planning: Lead the launch strategy for new products and collections across digital and offline touchpoints.
● Budget Management: Manage marketing spends efficiently with a focus on measurable impact.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, retail, product, and CX teams to ensure consistency and alignment across every customer interaction.
● Agency Management: Drive relationships with creative, media, and digital partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
Desired Skills and Functional Experience:
● 7–9 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in D2C, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
● Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, data analytics, and performance levers.
● Experience building campaigns that combine brand storytelling with measurable outcomes..
● Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.
● Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
● Prior exposure to fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
● Team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
