Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Strategy & Campaign Lead with strong experience in digital-first marketing, campaign planning, and client leadership. This role will drive end-to-end brand strategy, lead high-impact campaigns, and manage cross-functional teams while working with premium consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end brand strategy and campaign execution across digital platforms
Own annual planning, campaign ideation, and execution roadmaps
Drive integrated marketing campaigns (social, packaging, films, OOH, digital)
Manage key client relationships and act as the primary strategic partner
Lead and contribute to new business pitches and revenue expansion initiatives
Oversee content strategy including social calendars, blogs, and brand storytelling
Analyze campaign performance and deliver brand health insights & reporting
Collaborate with creative, media, and content teams for seamless execution
Manage and mentor a team of brand strategists
Key Requirements
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing / brand strategy / agency roles
Strong exposure to campaign planning, brand strategy, and client servicing
Proven experience working with consumer brands (FMCG, hospitality, lifestyle, or D2C)
Experience in pitching, business development, and revenue growth initiatives
Hands-on experience in content strategy, copywriting, and campaign execution
Strong understanding of social media ecosystems and digital-first brands
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Preferred Background
Experience in top digital agencies
Exposure to large-scale campaigns, integrated marketing, and brand launches
Experience handling brands across categories like FMCG, QSR, luxury, or consumer tech
