About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing (Food Service) to drive end-to-end execution of brand and marketing operations for the food service business.
This role will play a critical role in managing trade shows, exhibitions, sales collaterals, social media coordination, budget tracking, merchandise, and vendor management, while working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Packaging, HR, and Finance.
The ideal candidate should be strong in execution excellence, stakeholder coordination, and brand operations.
Key Responsibilities
Exhibitions & Trade Shows
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events
Manage all event timelines, logistics, and administrative deliverables
Coordinate with internal teams for product information, samples, branding, and technical details
Ensure timely dispatch of booth materials, product samples, and event collaterals
Track event leads and visitor data and ensure accurate CRM / SFDC uploads
Social Media & Agency Coordination
Act as the key point of contact between the company and external social media / creative agencies
Coordinate with R&D, packaging, sales, and HR teams to source content inputs
Support campaign planning, content calendars, and posting schedules
Ensure alignment of digital communication with brand objectives
Marketing Budget & Finance Operations
Track marketing spends against approved budgets
Coordinate with finance for vendor invoices, PO processing, and payment closure
Maintain spend reports, reconciliation sheets, and cost effectiveness dashboards
Support campaign ROI and budget utilization reviews
Sales Collateral Management
Drive creation and execution of brochures, product sheets, decks, presentations, and sales toolkits
Coordinate with internal teams and design partners for timely updates
Maintain a centralized repository of updated brand assets for sales teams
Ensure consistency in brand communication across all materials
Vendor Management
Identify and onboard vendors for events, printing, branding, gifting, and merchandising
Negotiate commercials, timelines, and quality benchmarks
Maintain approved vendor database, rate cards, and service history records
Ensure timely delivery and quality control across all outputs
Merchandise & Gifting
Manage branded merchandise such as T-shirts, diaries, calendars, kits, and gifting assets
Coordinate with creative, procurement, and sourcing teams
Ensure execution within timelines and budgets
Support festive gifting, event kits, and customer engagement assets
Ideal Candidate Profile
4–6 years of experience in brand operations / marketing coordination / trade marketing
Prior exposure to food service, FMCG, B2B food, QSR, or ingredient-led businesses
Strong project management and execution skills
Experience working with agencies and vendors
Strong budgeting, reporting, and coordination capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
