Role overview:
The Head of Marketing Analytics will be responsible for driving data-led decision making across marketing and sales functions. They build and manage dashboards to track campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics across channels. The role involves analyzing customer journeys to identify drop-offs and optimize funnel efficiency. They work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve ROI through insights, attribution modeling, and forecasting. Additionally, they ensure data accuracy, integrate multiple data sources, and enable strategic planning through actionable insights.
Roles and responsibilities
Own end-to-end marketing analytics across brand, performance, launches, and lifecycle funnels (lead → site visit → booking → cancellation)
Build and govern dashboards tracking CAC, ROI, funnel drop-offs, media mix efficiency, brand metrics, and city/project-wise performance
Partner with Sales, Product, CRM and Finance to enable data-backed decisions on pricing, media mix, launch spends, and lead quality
Lead analytics-driven optimisation of digital, offline and channel partner performance
Drive adoption of analytics tools, automation, and reporting standards across marketing teams and agencies
Work with teams to evaluate, adopt and implement martech tools for driving efficiency
Must haves
10-15 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics or business intelligence roles
Prior exposure to real estate, BFSI, ecommerce, marketplaces or other high-consideration, multi-touch categories is a plus
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, attribution models, and dashboarding tools
Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders with data-backed insights and recommendations.
Good to have
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business actions
Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels in a fast-scaling organization
Passion for building systems, processes, and long-term analytical capability
