About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Video Producer to lead the end-to-end production of engaging video content across digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, content creation, video editing, and visual communication, with the ability to transform ideas into high-impact content that drives audience engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Execution

• Own the complete video production lifecycle, from ideation and pre-production to shooting, editing, and final delivery.

• Plan and execute video shoots for brand campaigns, product launches, social media content, interviews, events, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.

• Develop engaging short-form and long-form video content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creators, agencies, and freelancers to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit high-quality videos using industry-standard tools.

• Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects that enhance storytelling.

• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.

• Manage post-production workflows including color correction, sound design, subtitling, and final exports.

Creative Development

• Contribute to content ideation, storyboarding, scripting, and creative concepts.

• Stay updated on emerging content trends, social media formats, and audience behavior.

• Recommend innovative content formats that improve engagement and performance.

Performance & Optimization

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content based on audience insights and campaign objectives.

• Analyze content performance and incorporate learnings into future productions.

• Optimize videos for platform-specific requirements and audience consumption patterns.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in video production, content creation, videography, or video editing.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related creative tools.

• Hands-on experience in shooting videos using DSLR, mirrorless, or mobile production setups.

• Strong understanding of motion graphics and visual storytelling.

• Experience creating content for social-first brands, agencies, media companies, or D2C businesses is preferred.

• Basic understanding of content marketing, social media platforms, and performance-driven content.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
