Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling. You'll work on enhancing digital assets, ensuring visual consistency across the platform, and executing creative modifications at scale while following established brand and design guidelines.

Working closely with creative teams, you'll help deliver high-quality visual assets that elevate the customer experience while maintaining operational excellence.

Job Description

• Execute image corrections and creative modifications for digital entertainment content.

• Perform design tasks such as background extension, image resizing, text placement, and image optimization.

• Produce high-quality creative assets while adhering to established design standards.

• Manage multiple production tasks efficiently while meeting quality benchmarks and deadlines.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), creative workflows, and brand guidelines.

• Ensure consistency across visual assets published on multiple digital platforms.

• Collaborate with internal creative teams to maintain production quality.

• Contribute to large-scale creative production projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Design or an equivalent field.

• 0–3 years of experience in a creative agency, design studio, or production environment.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.

• Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Comfortable following design systems, SOPs, and creative guidelines.

Preferred Traits

• Experience working on high-volume creative production projects.

• Exposure to advertising, media, or entertainment industries.

• Understanding of digital media formats and platform requirements.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
