Role Overview
We’re hiring a Manager – Growth Marketing for a high-growth player in the rapid commerce space (think: groceries, everyday essentials, instant delivery). The platform has seen explosive growth in the last few years and is now looking for a growth marketing specialist to help scale it further.
This role is part of a lean, fast-moving growth team tasked with boosting user acquisition, frequency, retention, and cross-category adoption. You’ll work at the intersection of performance marketing, experimentation, and cross-functional strategy to help build a category-defining consumer brand.
Job Description
1. End-to-End Growth Strategy
Own the entire funnel — from new user acquisition to increasing order frequency and retention across key verticals.
2.Cross-Vertical Campaigns
Leverage internal ecosystems to drive usage across different categories. Create campaigns that get users to adopt more than one service on the platform.
3. Hyperlocal Execution
Plan and execute location-specific campaigns tailored to regional behavior, demand patterns, and business priorities.
4. Experimentation & Scale-Ups
Build a test-and-learn engine. Run A/B tests, geo-based pilots, and rapidly scale what works.
5 App Growth & Marketing:
Led end-to-end app marketing initiatives, including user acquisition, engagement, and retention across performance channels and in-app campaigns. Drove growth through Google UAC, Meta Ads, and affiliate networks while collaborating with product and tech teams to improve ASO and app store conversion rates.
6. Performance Marketing
Plan and manage performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and programmatic platforms. Optimize for CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
7. Analytics & Measurement
Use tools like AppsFlyer, GA, and internal dashboards to track campaign performance. Run lift studies, identify insights, and feed them back into strategy.
8. Creative Excellence
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all communication aligns with the brand’s value proposition and connects with diverse customer segments.
9. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with product, analytics, ops, and CX teams to deliver cross-functional impact.
Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills
- 4+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing in a consumer tech, e-commerce, or rapid commerce setup.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs, and performance campaign optimization.
- Proficiency with attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, etc.), audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
- Strong data orientation: can design, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, lift studies, etc.).
- Experience with hyperlocal campaigns and understanding of consumer behavior across geographies.
- Strong storytelling + analytical skills: You balance creative instincts with data-driven thinking.
- A growth mindset and love for fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
