Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on MarCom Manager who can drive marketing initiatives that build brand visibility, enhance patient engagement, and accelerate business growth. The role demands both strategic thinking and on-ground execution, collaborating closely with management, doctors, and patients to deliver impactful campaigns.
Job Description
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies across online and offline channels.
- Drive patient acquisition and engagement through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and activations
- Build brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging and positioning across touchpoints.
- Develop content and creatives aligned with the values of credibility, trust, and wellness.
- Partner with corporates, wellness communities, and local stakeholders to strengthen visibility.
- Coordinate with clinics and centers to roll out marketing promotions consistently.
- Manage social media, website, and digital campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with agencies/freelancers to create impactful content and collaterals.
- Track campaign performance, impact, and ROI with data-driven insights.
- Manage budgets efficiently for local activations and marketing programs.
Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills
- 5–6 years of experience in marketing, with strong focus on offline/B2C initiatives.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or community-driven sectors preferred.
- Hands-on experience in event management, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
- Good coordination skills for working with agencies and internal teams.
- Based in Bangalore and willing to travel across hospital centers and event locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
