Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, data-first Social Media Manager to lead our presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
You will work closely with an agency ecosystem and internal teams to drive content, storytelling, performance, community engagement, and online reputation management.
The ideal candidate is part strategist, part creator, and part analyst someone who understands how to scale a digital community with trust, empathy, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Campaigns
Own the monthly content and social media calendar across all platforms.
Work with content, brand, and agency partners to conceptualize campaigns for topical and cultural moments (e.g., International Day events, festive occasions, New Year, product/feature launches).
Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across touchpoints.
Identify new formats, trends, hooks, and platform-native storytelling opportunities.
Analytics & Performance
Track platform metrics: reach, engagement, watch-time, follower growth, shares, saves, and comments.
Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis; build insights to optimize content and posting strategy.
Work with agencies to develop dashboards that connect engagement to business KPIs (sign-ups, retention, community sentiment).
Identify growth levers for YouTube and Instagram, as they form core community ecosystems.
Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Lead social listening across Instagram, YouTube, review platforms, and WhatsApp groups.
Build and implement an ORM SOP including TAT guidelines, escalation pathways, response tone, and sentiment tagging.
Respond with empathy and consistency to user concerns, feedback, and negative experiences — turning interactions into positive brand moments.
Ensure real-time monitoring of high-impact conversations.
Community Building
Strengthen digital communities across core platforms, by actively engaging with comments, DMs, live sessions, and UGC.
Spotlight stories of transformation, consistency, and member journeys through content amplification.
Encourage participation and create a sense of belonging for long-time and new members.
Coordination & Workflow
Work with internal teams (Design, Product, Ops, PR) to execute campaigns smoothly.
Manage freelancers, creators, and partner agencies from briefing to delivery.
Stay ahead of wellness, lifestyle, and platform trends; experiment with new formats and features before they become mainstream.
Mandatory Skills
6–8 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands (wellness, lifestyle, or consumer tech preferred).
Strong understanding of storytelling, content formats, social analytics, and community building.
Proficient with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, social listening platforms (Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.), and Google Sheets.
Excellent written communication skills English with basic conversational Hindi preferred.
Calm under pressure, empathetic in tone, and deeply attentive to brand reputation.
Comfortable working with agencies, creators, and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
