The brand operates at scale, with a strong omnichannel presence and a performance driven marketing ecosystem that runs high impact, fast paced campaigns.
Role Overview
The Creative Head will own the brand’s creative vision and execution across content, design, and video. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can think big, move fast, and build systems that enable consistent, high quality creative output at scale.
The role is ideal for a leader who is either content first or design first, but has proven experience leading integrated creative teams and delivering campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Brand Strategy
Define, evolve, and uphold the brand’s creative vision across all formats including copy, design, video, and content.
Ensure consistency and distinctiveness of brand expression across all consumer touchpoints.
Campaign & Asset Leadership
Lead end to end creative development for 360° campaigns across digital, social, performance ads, photoshoots, and offline collaterals.
Translate marketing and business objectives into impactful creative narratives and executions.
Hands on Creative Oversight
Run an in-house creative function that operates with the speed and output of a digital agency.
Oversee production of high volume creative assets while maintaining quality and brand standards.
Partner closely with marketing, growth, and leadership teams to ensure creative alignment across campaigns and channels.
Team Building & Mentorship
Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of writers, designers, and brand media creators.
Foster a culture of speed, experimentation, ownership, and attention to detail.
Set clear creative processes, feedback loops, and performance benchmarks for the team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Previous experience in creative, brand, or content roles.
Proven experience managing integrated teams across design, video, and content.
Strong campaign portfolio with clear ownership and measurable impact.
Experience working in fast paced, consumer facing brands is a strong plus.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution and team leadership.
