About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer with 1–2 years of experience to capture, produce, and edit high-quality video content across brand, social media, marketing, and internal communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual storytelling mindset and the ability to manage shoots independently from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage for brand campaigns, social media content, events, interviews, testimonials, and product shoots.

• Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project requirements and creative briefs.

• Edit videos for multiple platforms, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and audience preferences.

• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for digital channels.

• Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring proper handling and storage.

• Organize and archive video assets for future use.

• Stay updated with emerging video trends, shooting techniques, and editing tools.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in videography and video production.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of camera operations, framing, lighting, and audio recording.

• Experience creating content for social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong creative eye for visual storytelling and content creation.

• Portfolio showcasing videography and editing work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with consumer brands, startups, agencies, or content-first organizations.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading.

• Familiarity with drone videography and photography is a plus.
