Role: Senior AI Video Editor

Offered Compensation: Upto 12 LPA

Location: Domlur, Bengaluru (Onsite / Hybrid as per business requirement)

Reporting to: Creative Lead / Content Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Video Editor who can combine traditional video editing expertise with cutting-edge AI-powered content creation workflows. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with node-based AI tools, generative video platforms, motion graphics, and advanced post-production techniques to create high-impact content at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video production and post-production for digital, social, brand, and performance marketing campaigns.

• Leverage AI-powered video generation, enhancement, animation, and editing tools to improve creative output and production efficiency.

• Build and manage node-based workflows for AI video generation, compositing, automation, and asset creation.

• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

• Collaborate with creative strategists, marketers, designers, and content teams to develop compelling visual narratives.

• Edit, color grade, sound design, and optimize videos for multiple formats and platforms.

• Stay updated with emerging AI video technologies and continuously introduce new tools and workflows into the production process.

• Develop reusable templates, prompts, workflows, and automation systems to scale content creation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, and post-production.

• Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software.

• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, Luma AI, Midjourney, Flux, and similar platforms.

• Experience working with node-based AI tools and workflows such as ComfyUI, n8n, or comparable visual workflow systems.

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering for image and video generation.

• Expertise in motion graphics, transitions, compositing, visual effects, and storytelling.

• Experience creating high-performing social media and performance marketing creatives.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with D2C, consumer brands, media companies, or creative agencies.

• Understanding of AI-assisted content pipelines and creative automation.

• Knowledge of 3D workflows, Unreal Engine, Blender, or Cinema 4D is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI voice generation, avatar creation, and synthetic media production.
