Role Overview

This role is ideal for an early-career video editor who enjoys bringing visual stories to life through creative editing and attention to detail. You'll work on a diverse portfolio of entertainment content, ensuring that video assets meet both creative and operational excellence standards.

Working closely with producers, quality teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while contributing to efficient workflows and timely delivery.

Job Description

• Edit and optimize video assets for a diverse entertainment content catalogue.

• Deliver high-quality video edits aligned with project objectives and creative standards.

• Work collaboratively with producers, QA teams, and stakeholders to coordinate project deliverables.

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and quality guidelines.

• Manage multiple concurrent editing projects while meeting strict deadlines.

• Apply and maintain video templates and style guides to ensure consistency across deliverables.

• Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and creative quality.

• Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets while maintaining high production standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Video Editing, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.

• 0–3 years of experience in video editing within a creative agency, production house, or similar environment.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere.

• Basic working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

• Online portfolio showcasing video editing work (mandatory).

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• English proficiency (written and spoken) at a professional working level.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Traits

• Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Understanding of marketing, advertising, and digital content principles.

• Familiarity with digital asset management and media workflows.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound design.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency.
