Role Responsibilities
- Drive campaigns setup by planning faster execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
- Create efficient campaign structures , and constantly optimize marketing activities to improve returns.
- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
- Guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best
- Test new channels and trends for continuous functional upskilling
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers
- Manage the day-to-day accountabilities in reference to (Paid & Organic)
- Work with our internal Product, Design, Brand, Legal, Content team for the development of campaign creative and messaging.
- Work with internal teams to implement and own end to end tracking (through to transaction and revenue)
- Main platforms to look at Facebook, Google, Affiliates, Programmatic, Networks
Good to have:
- 4 years of experience in marketing
- Good experience in running digital acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Facebook, Affiliates, Programmatic
- Proficient with email marketing platforms, managing paid media campaigns
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
- Passionate about building and growing brands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to think big picture while being focused on the details
