About the Role
As Senior Executive – Marketing Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in driving insight-backed decision-making. This role demands a curious mind with strong analytical skills to translate data into market foresight. You’ll work closely with Sales, R&D, and Marketing teams to generate meaningful intelligence that shapes strategy, supports new product development, and uncovers emerging market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Data Analysis - Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from internal and external sources — including customer behavior, competitor performance, and market trends.
Use statistical, financial, and qualitative methods to draw actionable insights.
Leverage purchased market databases and syndicated reports to build strategic overviews.
Reporting & Insight Delivery - Create high-quality intelligence reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Translate raw data into clear, insight-rich summaries for use by Marketing, R&D, and Sales.
Ensure timely delivery of reports based on predefined intelligence calendars and stakeholder requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with the Assistant Manager – Marketing Intelligence and other internal teams to understand evolving intelligence needs.
Support strategic initiatives such as product innovation, new market entry, and client expansion with well-researched data.
Knowledge Management - Maintain a centralized repository of reports and insights for future reference.
Address internal stakeholder queries related to reports and ensure timely resolution.
Tools, Budget & Compliance
Adhere to intelligence budgets and tool subscriptions.
Ensure efficient use of time and cost in research activities.
Attend all required training sessions to stay updated on research tools, methods, and reporting techniques.
You Should Have
2–4 years of experience in market research, marketing analytics, or business intelligence.
Strong skills in data interpretation, insight generation, and stakeholder communication.
Proficiency in using market intelligence tools, syndicated research databases, and MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint.
Exposure to food/FMCG/B2B industries is a plus.
A structured and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for uncovering meaningful patterns from data.
