The Role
The brand is looking for a Strategic Growth Marketing Manager for India. The role entails finding growth hacks, on-app and off-app initiatives, product messaging and positioning, competitive intelligence, and liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure better app adoption via various channels.
This would require s/he to plan for both strategic as well as tactical campaigns driving user growth, also identify partnership opportunities for driving app visibility.
Key expectations in the role will be:
- Identifying & implementing growth marketing ideas for non-linear adoption
- Planning go-to-market initiatives for new product launches
- Working on off-app initiatives to drive user adoption at scale
- Driving regular user research for insights on new app features
- Developing initiatives for app awareness by building various marketing assets
- Working in a multi-stakeholder setting with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Sieving through ambiguities and coming up with a clear framework and mental models
Good to have:
- 4-7 years experience in general marketing/product marketing/growth roles
- Worked on driving marketing initiatives at scale in B2C space
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Worked in a fast pace, ambiguous environment
- Self-starter, exhibiting a high degree of ownership
- MBA/PG as a preferred qualification.
- Product Marketing experience in consumer apps (e-commerce/fintech/loyalty)
